    We lease a fully furnished luxury condo
    in a resort community centrally located
    to major attractions in Orlando,
    Florida.  Seasonal rental rates are very
    competitive compared to major hotels
    or resorts in the area without
    sacrificing comfort and convenience.  
    The condo can comfortably sleep six
    people for the price of a one hotel room
    with so much more space.  The resort
    community provides all the amenities
    for a relaxing day "at home."

    We have access to other similar
    Orlando area rentals.  If our unit is not
    available, perhaps we can help arrange
    a vacation or business rental suitable
    to your time frame or other needs.

Our condo is privately owned.  We furnished the condo with furniture, bedding,
appliances and amenities that exceed the "very good hotel" quality.  Frequent
business travel and our experience from owning a "high end" timeshare provided
the basis for furnishings and amenities within the condo.  We believe that we
exceeded the high end timeshare and very good hotel standards!
